STRATEGIC PLANNING
Creative Brief: CUT IT OUT
In my Principles of Strategic Communication course at KSU, I acted as the team leader in our various group projects. These projects were designed to mimic PR agency projects. These projects included a Stakeholder Research Report, a "Quickfire" Marketing Challenge, a Team Feedback Presentation, and a Creative Brief. The Creative Brief was the final project which was the end goal for the class, and all the other projects were preparing us for.

Strategic Plan: GC Leadership Programs
For my Strategic Campaigns Capstone Course at GCSU, I held the position of Traffic and Logistics Manager and GC Leadership Programs Liaison. This strategic plan was done for the GC Leadership Programs and includes many parts. The main purpose of the plan is to revamp their marketing strategies focusing on social media. The design and structure of the book was done by me. In the pictures below you can see pages from the book that I have displayed. These showcase the goals and objectives, primary audiences and the tactics for them, a small piece of the social media audit, and the editorial calendar.

*Most of the content was collaborative work with Caroline Willis

Strategic Plan: Museum of Arts and Sciences
Also in my Strategic Campaigns Capstone Course, I worked on a book team to complete a strategic plan for The Museum of Arts and Sciences in Macon, GA. Our main focus for the course was creating The Founder's Festival and its marketing campaign including a full social media plan and video production plan. Unfortunately because of COVID-19 we were unable to execute the event and the social media plan.

In the situational analysis of the book, I researched and analyzed the museum's competition communication and promotions. Another main focus I had for the client and book was the Crisis Communication Plan. I also created the graphic charts and was an editor for the book as well.

Crisis Communication Plan: Museum of Arts and Sciences
I worked with three other specialists to create this plan for the MAS focusing on three types of crises: pandemic, cybersecurity threat, and tornado. The pages of the plan below were a few of my main focuses.

Request for Proposal: BiBa's Italian Restaurant
This request for proposal was created in Fall of 2018 for a Strategic Planning Course at GCSU. The client we worked with is BiBa's Italian Restaurant in Milledgeville, GA. Each group made and presented their RFP to the client. Below are a few of the pages that I contributed to the RFP.

Media Planning
In my Strategic Media Planning course at GCSU, I created a calendar budget to plan out media for an Atlanta Venue that wants to focus on booking more weddings in 2020.
